The Hollies Farm Shop is seeking a Chef for The Friesian Rooms to support both kitchen and service areas across breakfast, brunch and lunch shifts. You will prepare and present dishes to high standards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and hygiene across the department.
You will work collaboratively with baristas and kitchen staff, greet customers warmly, handle orders and payments, and assist with opening and closing duties.
