This role will be paid hourly at $16.35/hr. for 25 hours a week, in person in Ashford, CT.

OrganizationDescription:

Founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp provides “a different kind of healing” to thousands of children with serious illnesses and their families annually – all completely free of charge. For many of these children and families, Hole in the Wall provides multiple Camp experiences throughout the year at the facility in Ashford, Conn, in dozens of hospitals and clinics, directly in camper homes and communities and through other outreach activities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

PositionDescription:

Provide office support to the Facilities Department. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the Facilities Support will, at all times, model and transmit the Camp culture of safety, respect and friendship.

• AssisttheFacilitiesManagerintheday-to-dayoperationsoftheoffice.
• Processrenewals(i.e.,RoadsideAssistance,staffdriver\’slicenses,EZPass,Vehicleregistrationsandemissions,etc.)
• BeresponsibleforknowingandadheringtothepoliciesandprocedurescontainedwithintheCampManual.
• Befamiliarwithandenforceallsafety,emergencyandCamppolicies.
• PerformotherdutiesasdeemednecessarybyCampleadership.

• TheabilitytocomplywithandremainflexiblewithCOVID-19specificprecautionsandrequirementsthroughouttheprogram,asoutlined/advisedbytheCDCandtheHoleintheWallMedicalTeam.
• Mustbeatleast16yearsofage.
• TheFacilitiesSupportroleishiredforthedurationofoursummerprogram.ThetimecommitmentisJune2,2025toAugust29,2025.
• Theavailabilitytoworkweekends,ifneeded.
