The Holden School is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team across grounds, maintenance, catering-related services and safety compliance.
You will oversee reactive and planned works, manage budgets, liaise with contractors and ensure high standards of welfare and safety for pupils and staff.
You will develop maintenance programmes, implement risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and building regulations.
