Position in Company Structure

The Account Executive (AE) is a key member of Hoffman’s client delivery teams — the dependable engine behind campaign success. At this level, you begin to take real ownership of your work: leading on day-to-day activity, managing influencer relationships, and contributing to creative ideas that drive impact for clients. You’ll balance delivery excellence with continuous learning — building strong professional habits, developing your network of influencer and industry contacts, and supporting colleagues with initiative and reliability. Main Job Functions

  • Account management and coordination
  • Media relations, industry analyst relations and pitching
  • Content development and creative contribution (including social media content)
  • Client communication and reporting

Typically 12–18 months’ experience in PR, communications, marketing, or journalism (agency experience preferred). Demonstrable understanding of how media, content, and digital strategies work together. Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines confidently. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Curious about technology and how innovation shapes industries. Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and composure under pressure.
