Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant and Mid-Day Assistant to support children and to provide general classroom support.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, calm, and patient
• Experienced in working with children
• Able to work as part of a team and liaise closely with Class Teachers and the Inclusion Leader

Contract & Salary

Fixed Term Contract until August 2026.

Hours per week – LSA 25.83 hours / MDA 5 hours.

LSA Salary Scale 3 Point 5-6 – actual salary range £15,311 – £15,554 per annum.

MDA Salary Scale 2 Point 3-4 – actual salary range £2,873 – £2,918 per annum.

Working times – 8.35 am until 3.15 pm Monday to Friday school term time plus non-pupil days.
