The Historic Dockyard Chatham, the best preserved of all Georgian dockyards, is the world's most complete dockyard of the Age of Sail. Today, it serves as a leading example of a mixed-use heritage estate, delivering outstanding preservation, an award-winning independent museum, commercial estate, Higher Education campus, leading film location, and residential community.
As a registered charity that employs over 140 staff and 300 volunteers, people are at the heart of our Dockyard community. The Role
We are looking for Hospitality Crew Members to join our professional and diverse team for our busy Summer season and beyond. Providing an exceptional, welcoming, inclusive, and first-class experience to the visiting public and for private events is our priority. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service throughout all our operations, from delivering a wedding on board a historic warship to the day-to-day operations within our busy catering outlets.
Greeting our visitors with a smile as we guide them through an exhibition, sell a membership, or set up behind the scenes for a large event, we aim to create a friendly environment with a positive attitude, a warm welcome, and excellent customer care. These posts involve working weekdays, weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
