We're looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join our growing team, maintaining and developing high-quality private gardens across Surrey and Sussex. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading garden maintenance visits and supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and carry out garden maintenance to a high standard
- Pruning, planting, lawn care, hedge cutting, and seasonal garden work
