We are currently working with a respected and well-established family law firm in Oxford who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience within a busy family law practice, supporting solicitors on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role: The successful candidate will support across a range of family law matters, gaining exposure to all stages of case progression including client contact and court-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with a full range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and preparing court bundles
  • Managing case files and ensuring matters progress efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
  • Conducting legal research and supporting case preparation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
