Maintenance Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) Reports to: Operations Manager Department: Maintenance and Small Works Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Maintenance Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) to lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services, as well as manage small works projects across a variety of commercial and industrial sites for our client based in Colchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent client-facing skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high- quality, compliant services in a fast-paced M+E environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management Oversee the delivery of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of client sites. Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.
