We're looking for a hands-on Lead Grounds Maintenance Technician to guide a small team delivering high-quality grounds services across a variety of client sites. This isn't a desk job; you'll be out in the field, setting standards, motivating your team, and making sure every site looks its absolute best.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and organising a small team to deliver daily maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Working alongside your team, setting the standard through your own work
  • Maintaining landscapes to a high professional finish, including:
  • Grass cutting, strimming, edging, and lawn care
  • Hedge cutting, pruning, and weed control
  • Litter picking and general site upkeep
  • Operating machinery, including triple gang mowers
  • Carrying out sports line marking when required
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
