We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Grounds Maintenance Technician to guide a small team delivering high-quality grounds services across a variety of client sites. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be out in the field, setting standards, motivating your team, and making sure every site looks its absolute best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and organising a small team to deliver daily maintenance tasks efficiently
- Working alongside your team — setting the standard through your own work
- Maintaining landscapes to a high professional finish, including:
- Grass cutting, strimming, edging, and lawn care
- Hedge cutting, pruning, and weed control
- Litter picking and general site upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Trailer experience (required)
- PA1 & PA6 certifications (required)
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Confidence operating triple gang mowers
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- A proactive, reliable attitude with strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
