Ready to lead your own office and build something you’re proud of? We’re looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who wants more than just a caseload. This is a role for someone with energy, ambition and the drive to make things happen both for clients and for the team around them.

What You’ll Be Doing- Running a varied family law caseload with confidence and independence
- Leading from the front setting the tone, standards and culture in the office
- Developing, mentoring and motivating your team
- Taking full responsibility for branch performance, billing and growth
- Getting stuck into business development building relationships, raising your profile and generating work
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage
- 5+ years PQE in Family Law
- Someone with real passion for their work and pride in what they deliver
- A natural leader who enjoys developing others and bringing a team with them
- Commercially aware and motivated by results not just activity
- Confident getting out there networking, building connections and driving new business
