Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their busy and successful property team based in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice while ensuring exceptional levels of client service throughout the transaction process.
- Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on a broad range of residential and/or commercial property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
- Conducting due diligence, property searches and title investigations.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties.
- Handling sales, purchases, leases, transfers and refinancing matters.
