Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to use your skills in a truly rewarding environment? We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 2-19 years with a range of learning difficulties. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of sport with meaningful impact helping young people develop confidence, coordination, and life skills through physical activity.

The Role

Who We're Looking For

  • Background in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity delivery
  • Experience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable
  • Candidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to apply
  • Personal experience with SEN (e.g. family) is valued
  • Energetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
