We are looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join our growing team, maintaining and developing high-quality private gardens across Surrey and Sussex. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading garden maintenance visits and supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and carry out garden maintenance to a high standard
- Pruning, planting, lawn care, hedge cutting, and seasonal garden work
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Assist with planting schemes, turfing, and soft landscaping projects
- Ensure tools, machinery, and vehicles are maintained and cared for
- Work safely and professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years professional gardening or landscaping experience
- Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and organised approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
