The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and commercially focused legal advice while ensuring exceptional levels of client service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising clients on a broad range of residential and/or commercial property matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
  • Conducting due diligence, property searches and title investigations.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties.
  • Handling sales, purchases, leases, transfers and refinancing matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
  • Supporting business development activities and helping to build client relationships.
  • Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong communication throughout transactions.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, 2 years' minimum PQE
  • Previous experience handling property matters independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
  • Commercially aware and proactive in your approach.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively while managing their own caseload.
