This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and commercially focused legal advice while ensuring exceptional levels of client service throughout the transaction process. Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion. Advising clients on a broad range of residential and/or commercial property matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation. Conducting due diligence, property searches and title investigations. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties. Handling sales, purchases, leases, transfers and refinancing matters. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Supporting business development activities and helping to build client relationships. Previous experience handling property matters independently. Strong technical knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law. Competitive salary package (dependent on experience).
