We are working with a fantastic company based in Witchford who are looking for Production Operatives for Night Shifts to join their busy business. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest to learn machinery. The working hours are double days on a rotating shift pattern: * Saturday – Off * Sunday to Wednesday 22:00-06:00am * Thursday Off and Friday 22:00-05:00am Typical duties would include: * Understand and execute the instructions on the specification sheets relevant to the position. * Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure the correct quantities of materials are present for the job. * Work with the crew to set up jobs in the timeliest manner possible * Stack and send pallets that will travel down the line and are fit for palletisation. Ensure all pallets are of a first-class presentation. * Working with the crew ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner. The successful candidate: * Previously worked in a Production Operative environment (desirable) * Forklift truck licence (not essential) * Physically fit to meet the demands of a Production Operative * Keen, enthusiastic and willingness to learn.
