We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives while providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting managers, developing talent, improving employee engagement, leading complex employee relations matters, and helping to build a high-performing, people-focused culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management and organisational change.
- Lead on complex HR casework, ensuring commercially sound and legally compliant outcomes.
- Support organisational change, restructures and redundancy consultations where required.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention and overall business performance.
- Lead and enhance performance management processes across the organisation.
- Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
- Review and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and best practice.
- Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of reward and benefits strategies to remain competitive within the market.
- Coach and develop managers, helping them build confidence in leading their teams effectively.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and projects.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations knowledge, with confidence managing complex cases.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
- Strong recruitment, talent management and performance management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyse data and use insight to influence decision-making.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
