We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 2-19 years with a range of learning difficulties. Who We're Looking For
- Background in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity delivery
- Experience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable
- Candidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to apply
- Personal experience with SEN (e.g. family) is valued
- Energetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
