CNC Turner Aerospace Components
We are representing a client that manufactures a range of precision components supplied to the aviation and aerospace industries. They are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality machined parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
- Produce precision components to tight tolerances in accordance with engineering drawings
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Assist with continuous improvement of machining processes where possible
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience in CNC turning with Fanuc control systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience with twin spindle lathes with Y-axis capability and driven tooling (preferred)
Desirable Experience
- Experience with machining centres such as Haas and Doosan
- Experience operating sliding head lathes
- CAD/CAM programming experience
