About the Role
Your day will begin at the local delivery office, where you'll prepare and load mail and parcels for your route. Then, you'll set out either on foot or in a provided van to deliver to homes and businesses in your area. You'll be equipped with a hand-held device that helps plan your route and capture customer signatures. Most delivery rounds take around four hours and are optimised for efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Friendly and confident when interacting with customers
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically active – this is a role that helps keep you fit!
- Ideally experienced in a customer-facing role
- Basic DBS check required (criminal background check)
Driving Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (registered at your current UK address)
- No more than 6 penalty points (clean licence preferred)
