Our client is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team close to by Bar Hill.
This is a varied front of house and administrative role, suited to someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day to day running of the office.
As the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and telephone enquiries, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
The role is working Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Typical duties include
- Greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
- Answering and directing telephone calls, taking accurate messages where required.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier bookings.
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and providing meeting room support.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, stationery ordering and facilities coordination.
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience within a reception or administrative position.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a temp to perm opportunity offering a stable position within a friendly office environment for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role.
