We are representing an exciting opportunity for a Project Resource Scheduler to join a growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating work activities across a nationwide team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. You will liaise with clients, resolve queries, and provide regular updates on the progress of works being undertaken or completed. The role requires a proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work Allocation: Plan daily tasks for dedicated resources, ensuring SLAs and profitability targets are consistently met.
- Liaise with Third Parties: Coordinate with external suppliers and specialists (e.g., traffic management, pest control, electricians) for project needs.
- Permit Management: Submit permits, liaise with Highways Authorities, and ensure accurate completion of works with the relevant paperwork.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track photo evidence, monitor findings, and escalate issues to the Project Delivery Manager as required.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate management of orders, timesheets, and stock levels on internal and client systems.
- Defects Management: Oversee interim reinstatements and defects, ensuring all are within SLA to avoid fines and minimise costs.
- Forecasting & Coordination: Provide weekly work forecasts to the Commercial team and Project Delivery Manager.
- Urgent Works: Co-ordinate and manage urgent works, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
