Aerospace Components

We are representing a client that manufactures a range of precision components supplied to the aviation and aerospace industries. They are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality machined parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
  • Produce precision components to tight tolerances in accordance with engineering drawings
  • Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Assist with continuous improvement of machining processes where possible

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience in CNC turning with Fanuc control systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Experience with twin spindle lathes with Y-axis capability and driven tooling (preferred)

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with machining centres such as Haas and Doosan
  • Experience operating sliding head lathes
  • CAD/CAM programming experience
