The Role

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. You'll be:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Working alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.
  • Helping children develop confidence, independence, and resilience.

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
