Sales Director

An established UK manufacturing business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Sales Director to help shape the next phase of growth across multiple revenue streams. This is a strategic leadership role suited to somebody who understands how to drive profitable sales performance through people, market positioning and commercial direction rather than purely through personal sales activity. The business already has an established customer base, a loyal sales team and a strong reputation within its sector. The opportunity now is to identify new avenues for growth, strengthen commercial processes, improve margins and help modernise elements of the wider sales and marketing function. The Role You will lead an established sales function consisting of both internal and external sales personnel, helping to create a more commercially driven and strategically focused approach across the business. This position is less about hands-on selling and more about enabling performance, identifying opportunities and ensuring the business is maximising both revenue and margin opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
