THE ROLE: Join the Northampton manufacturing site as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Coordinator. You'll work closely with the QHSE Manager to champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all departments.

What you'll do:

  • With a focus on quality, the Coordinator will ensure compliance & governance of quality systems and processes along with support to health, safety and environmental monitoring.
  • Support QHSE Management: Assist with risk assessments, accident/incident investigations, internal auditing, and preparing for external audits.
  • Data & Reporting: Collate daily quality and ad-hoc safety data to prepare monthly reports for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify deviations, help develop training materials, and participate in Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Documentation: Create, update, and maintain all relevant QHSE documentation.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance related role, from within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Excel (ideally pivot tables, filters…) and other Office applications.
  • Excellent eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
  • Desirable: ISO 9001, 45001, or 14001 Auditor Qualification and/or NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely.

This role offers the chance to influence safety and quality across the business and step up to cover the QHSE Manager in their absence. Training can be offered around techniques or gaps within the application of HSE systems for candidates with a reasonable core knowledge of Quality systems.

BENEFITS: Salary: £30 - £33k Pension Life Assurance (after qualifying period).
