About the Electronics Design Engineer role:

  • As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge electronic products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • You'll work on the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production.
  • Designing analogue and digital circuits for high-precision products.
  • PCB layout and design using industry-standard tools.
  • Developing embedded software in C and C++ for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Selecting and sourcing components, working closely with suppliers.
  • Testing and validating prototypes, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Designing for EMC compliance and other regulatory requirements.
  • Creating documentation, including user manuals and test reports.

The successful Electronics Design Engineer:

  • A degree in Electronics (or a related field) with a strong interest in R&D.
  • Experience (or a strong academic background) in analogue & digital circuit design.
  • PCB layout & design experience.
  • Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
  • Strong Mathematics skills.
  • An understanding of EMC design principles and compliance testing.
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
