Are you a hands-on project leader with a track record of delivering ERP solutions in manufacturing? We are seeking an Interim Project Lead to drive the continued implementation and optimization of “Odoo” at a Corby facility. This is a critical, site-based role focused on bridging the gap between ongoing deployment and operational excellence.
THE ROLE
You will be the central coordinator between operational teams, IT, and external vendors. Your mission is to ensure a seamless transition to Odoo, driving user adoption and process efficiency across the factory floor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Leadership: Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks for the Odoo rollout.
- Operational Integration: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Technical Oversight: Lead system configuration, UAT, data migration, and integrations.
- Change Management: Drive user adoption through clear communication, training plans, and on-site support.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with implementation partners.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Manufacturing Expertise: Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Odoo preferred, or SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) within a factory environment.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong grasp of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
- Project Rigour: A PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Communication: The ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple solutions for stakeholders and end-users.
- Presence: This is a 100% site-based role in Corby, requiring a proactive, on-the-floor approach.
