We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Bar Manager to join our team on the first floor. Our visitors include gaming customers and diners on their way to the Heliot Steak House, as well as guests of the Magic Mike Live show and its dedicated cocktail bar, the Permission Lounge. This is a key leadership role within a high-volume, theatre-led bar environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring bar operations are fully aligned with theatre schedules and peak trading periods while delivering a fast, premium guest experience in a dynamic and time-critical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and bar staff.
- Plan and execute high-speed service during peak trading and theatre intervals.
- Ensure excellent stock control, ordering accuracy, and waste management.
- Take full accountability for revenue, gross profit, and labour costs.
- Deliver a commercially focused drinks offer that is fast to serve, high margin, and guest-focused.
- Manage staffing levels in line with forecasted and actual business demands.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest experience, minimising queues and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, food safety, and company policies.
- Support training, development, and internal progression within the bar team.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and contribute to regular Hospitality meetings.
