The Hippodrome Casino is seeking an exceptional operational leader to oversee the launch and ongoing management of our new live online studio operation.

This senior management role carries full responsibility for the performance, integrity and day-to-day operation of the online studio, including operational delivery, staffing, compliance, training, technical coordination and strategic development.

Working closely with senior management and key operational departments, the Online Studio Manager will play a central role in shaping and developing a premium live gaming product within one of the UK’s most recognised gaming brands.

This represents a rare opportunity to join the Hippodrome Casino at a pivotal stage in the development of a major new operation and help shape the future of live online gaming within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the live studio operation
  • Oversight of Online Presenters, Online Pit Bosses and Training teams
  • Maintaining exceptional operational, compliance and presentation standards
  • Managing staffing, scheduling and studio performance
  • Supporting regulatory compliance, audit readiness and operational controls
  • Driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and team development
  • Working collaboratively with surveillance, technical, compliance and gaming management teams
  • Supporting future growth, scalability and product development initiatives
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Significant experience within casino operations or live studio gaming
  • Strong operational leadership and people management capability
  • Excellent understanding of live gaming procedures and regulated environments
  • Experience managing performance within fast-paced operational settings
  • Strong communication, organisational and decision‑making skills
  • A professional, resilient and solutions‑focused approach
  • A Personal Management Licence (PML) is required for this role.
  • Shifts

Shift work, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
