Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional welcome.
- Provide information about the Hippodrome Casino and its facilities, events, and promotions.
- Provide tours of the Hippodrome to guests, providing detailed information about the rich history of the building.
- Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently.Liaise with gaming, hospitality, and security teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing or concierge role, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments. At least one year’s experience would be an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Flexibility to work a shift pattern that includes nights and weekends.
- You must be over 18 years of age.
