Responsibilities
- Process cash, chip, and ticket transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle currency exchanges and verify large cash amounts.
- Maintain strict compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures.
- Balance floats and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
- Identify and report any irregularities or suspicious activity.
- Work collaboratively with security, surveillance, and gaming teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a casino cash desk or high-volume cashiering role is essential.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large sums of money confidently.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Over 18 years of age.
