We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dealer Inspector to join the Hippodrome\'s Live Table Gaming team. As a Dealer Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our gaming operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the development of our dealer team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate live table games to ensure accuracy, fairness, and adherence to procedures.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to dealers to maintain high standards of performance.
Identify and report any irregularities or breaches of gaming regulations.
Assist in training and mentoring new dealers.
Collaborate with Gaming Managers to ensure smooth floor operations.
Maintain a strong presence on the gaming floor, promoting a safe and professional environment.
Who We\'re Looking For
At least two years\' experience Inspecting the following games: Roulette, Blackjack, Punto Banco & Three Card Poker.
The ability to work in a team within a culture of mutual trust and respect, while utilising their strengths to develop themselves and others.
An assertive but empathic and diplomatic personality who is seen as a role model and is comfortable working in an environment with contrasting needs and has a proactive approach to resolving problems.
A passion to pursue outstanding customer service with a natural fun-loving, warm and friendly nature.
An exceptional and honest communicator who is open to new ideas.
Shifts
Four 10-hour shifts per week, providing three consecutive days off (currently available from the start date).
Five 8-hour shifts per week, with all shifts concluding by 10:00 PM (availability limited and subject to a waiting list).
