Chop Chop Waiter/Waitress

Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional waiting staff to join our Chop Chop team. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• You must be over 18 years old.
