Chef de Partie – Chop Chop

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Chop Chop, located at The Hippodrome Casino.

Pay Range

Base pay £14.00-£15.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes from the Chop Chop menu to high standard.
  • Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during busy service periods.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and assist with training.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and waste control.
  • Work collaboratively with broader kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
  • Experience with Asian cuisine a plus.
  • Passion for food and strong work ethic.
