Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and supporting the smooth operation of service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to company and legal standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Support the team during a dynamic service which includes the Heliot Steak House, event catering and service across the Hippodrome.
- Manage stock control and minimise waste.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Relevant food hygiene and safety certificates.
- A professional, positive and results focused work ethic.
- You must be over 18 years of age.
