We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused waiting staff to join our gaming-focused hospitality team. You’ll be delivering exceptional service to our playing customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to players.
- Work collaboratively with gaming management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- A years’ waiting or sevrice experience, particularly in a casino would be an advantage.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering great service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Be over 18 years of age.
