Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House member to join our team. As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Flexibility is a key factor with this role. Team members that are able to help on short occasionally do particularly well within our business.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Take food and drink orders confidently.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Have a thorough underdstanding of our product list. After several weeks we will expect you to know this from memory.
- Use initiative to complete weekly cleaning tasks during quieter periods. Keeping yourself busy is imperative.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with bar tending is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable

- Strong initiative & multitasking skills. You will be expected to run a section on your own. You must be competent and on top of your section at all times, whilst also helping colleagues when you have available time.
From time to time we may need help in the housekeeping department. Whilst this is not a common occurance, you must be willing to jump in and help other colleages if needed.
