We are on the lookout for a kitchen leader to join our team at The Hind Head Bray as a Chef de Partie for the Breakfast service from Thursday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. We aim to hire based on attitude over aptitude, personality over experience.
As a Chef de Partie, your main role will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day operation of your section within the kitchen. In particular you will be overseeing the breakfast service at The Hinds Head from 7am until approx. 2pm from Thursday to Sunday.

Approximate hours per week are 25-30 - hourly rate of pay with generous tronc/tips. Pay: £12.21 per hour Expected hours: 25-30 per week.
