Head of Simulation Education

The post holder is responsible for the strategic design and implementation for Simulation Education across the trust for all staff groups. Main duties of the job Responsible for the strategic design and implementation for simulation across the Trust for all staff groups, students (medical, nursing, AHP, and midwifery) and volunteers. Lead and manage the team to deliver Simulation activity in the Trust and ensure it is patient focused and responsive to clinical need. Ensure Simulation activity is aligned with national guidance and Trust strategic objectives.
