Overview
To maintain an effective educational environment through ‘at the elbow’ coaching and staff development in a variety of clinical settings, whilst working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of high quality effective care, thus improving the patients’ experience. To act as an expert practitioner, resource and role model; to encourage evidence based practice, providing support and supervision for staff. To be responsible for the development of programmes of Cerner education and training; whilst demonstrating awareness of cultural diversity in the workplace and the need to adapt training accordingly. To collaborate with strategy development and be responsible for the achievement of Cerner engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The post holder will contribute to ensuring a conducive work environment and he/she will be a change agent with a strong professional and digital focus.

About the Trust
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services.
