As a Customer Service Operative at Hill, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting customers during their warranty period. You\’ll carry out high-quality repairs across our developments, resolving issues efficiently and respectfully while ensuring customers feel informed and reassured. You\’ll also act as a role model to other operatives—observing work quality, supporting consistency, and contributing to our commitment to delivering five-star service every time.
Responsibilities
- Carry out defect repairs during the warranty period, aiming for first‑time resolution
- Keep customers informed and deliver a courteous, professional service on every visit
- Maintain a clean, tidy and respectful working environment in customer homes
- Communicate clearly with Customer Service Coordinators about progress or delays
- Conduct safety checks and work to RAMs, ensuring safe and compliant practices
- Provide feedback on operative performance and mentor junior colleagues
- Monitor and manage materials to reduce waste and support efficiency
