The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring a Team Leader to support its social care service in Inverness. This role suits an experienced care professional ready to step into leadership and improve the quality of support for others.
Role
- Lead the day to day running of the service
- Manage rotas, records and quality standards
- Supervise, mentor and support staff
- Develop and review personalised support plans
- Work on shift to support individuals directly
- Promote inclusion and community participation
- Maintain communication with families and professionals
- Take part in on call duties
Working pattern
- 37.5 hours per week

What we are looking for
- Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in social care
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
