Oban Holiday Lets Ltd is recruiting a Property Manager to oversee the day to day management of its holiday let properties in and around Oban. This role suits someone organised and practical who enjoys problem solving, coordinating people, and maintaining high standards for guests and owners alike.
The role
- You will carry out regular property inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.
- You will manage and resolve guest issues during their stay, responding calmly and professionally.
- You will coordinate with property owners, cleaning teams, and maintenance contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- You will oversee bookings, reservations, and guest communications throughout the guest journey.
- You will schedule repairs, monitor works, and manage relationships with third party suppliers and contractors.
