Cera Care is recruiting Support Workers to work with individuals in the Inverness area, supporting people to live independently and live well within their own homes and communities. This role suits someone compassionate, reliable, and people focused, where attitude and care matter more than previous experience.

The role

  • You will support individuals with day-to-day activities both in and outside the home.
  • You will encourage independence, social connection, and confidence.
  • You will help people build routines, learn new skills, and access activities and appointments.
  • You will promote a safe, healthy, and secure living environment.
  • Some roles may include elements of personal care, depending on individual needs.
  • This is a hands-on, relationship-based role where you become part of someone’s daily life in a positive and meaningful way.

Working pattern

  • Permanent contracts available on a full time or part time basis.
  • Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • This role requires a driving licence.
