The role involves supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in daily life, including:
- Assisting with personal care, medication, and finances where required.
- Supporting meal planning, cooking, housework, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Encouraging independence and supporting people to take part in hobbies, social activities, and community life.
- Working with individuals who may present challenging behaviour or require higher levels of support.
Working pattern includes full time hours with shift based working across the week. Roles are based in local communities across the Highlands, with paid travel during shifts and mileage allowance where applicable.
What we are looking for:
- An empathetic and caring nature.

- Confidence using basic IT systems.

- A UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
