Spey Building and Joinery Ltd is recruiting experienced Site Managers to oversee a range of construction projects across the Highlands and further afield. This role suits someone confident running sites independently, with a practical mindset and an appetite for working on distinctive builds in some of Scotland’s most striking locations.
The role
- You will take responsibility for the day to day management of construction sites.
- You will coordinate trades, materials, and schedules to ensure projects run safely and efficiently.
- You will maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation.
- You will oversee health and safety on site and ensure compliance with regulations.
- You will liaise with the wider team and report progress as required.
- You will work across both local projects and more remote builds, some of which include accommodation.
Working pattern
- This is a full time, permanent role.
- Work will be split between local Highland projects and more distant sites.
- Accommodation is provided when working on remote projects.
- A full driving licence is required.
