Forres Mechanics FC is recruiting a Boardroom and Kiosk Supervisor to support hospitality operations on home matchdays at Mosset Park. This role suits someone organized, reliable, and comfortable supervising people while delivering a good standard of matchday hospitality.
The role includes:
- Responsible for purchasing, preparing, serving and clearing hot and cold refreshments for half time boardroom and hospitality guests.
- Oversee the operation of the club’s refreshments kiosk and supervise kiosk operators during matchdays.
- Ensure food service areas are prepared, managed and cleaned to a good standard.
- Support smooth hospitality delivery during home fixtures, responding calmly to issues as they arise.
- Act as a point of contact for hospitality and kiosk staff during shifts.
Working pattern:
The role is based at Mosset Park in Forres. Availability is required for all home fixtures. Most shifts are Saturday afternoons, with occasional Wednesday evening matches. Each shift is approximately four hours in duration.
